Patients registered with Taddle Creek Family Health Team (FHT) have access to a physician, nurse practitioner, or registered nurse 6 days a week. In addition to being seen by your primary care provider during the day, urgent medical matters can be addressed by attending a Taddle Creek FHT After Hours Clinic Monday to Saturday.
For urgent medical matters, you can contact our After Hours Clinic (see above or website homepage for today’s location and phone number to book an appointment). Our After Hours Clinics are held Monday to Friday from 5:00pm-8:00pm, and on Saturdays from 9:30am-3:30pm. These are not walk-in clinics and appointments can only be booked on the day itself.
Note: After Hours Clinics should be accessed when you cannot see your regular primary care provider during regular office hours.
