Taddle Creek FHT Daily Food Bank Fundraiser
January 5th, 2023The Taddle Creek Family Health Team is aware that Toronto is in the midst of an “urban food security crisis” and we decided to take action this winter by raising over $1000 for the Daily Bread Food Bank during our “TC FHT Fights Hunger” fundraising campaign and by sending a food insecurity advocacy letter to our local Toronto MP.
