Let’s Talk Prediabetes

Description: A fun and interactive way to learn more about Prediabetes by using visual props and discussion.

 Learning Objectives:

  • What Prediabetes is and how it is diagnosed
  • Diabetes prevention via healthy eating and physical activity
  • How to set achievable goals and how to maintain changes

Group Leads: Diabetes Nurse Educator, Diabetes Dietitian

Length: 2.5 hours (offered on Tuesday mornings or evenings on an ‘as needed’ basis)

Group Size: 10 – 12 (family members are welcome, please inform reception at the time of booking)
