Taddle Creek FHT has a new strategic plan 2023-2026
November 30th, 2022In May 2022 Taddle Creek Family Health Team wanted to identify our strategic priorities and strategies to achieve these priorities. Four months later, we are delighted to present the culmination of our work in our Strategic Plan below. Our planning process included an analysis of internal & external factors affecting the FHT, surveying staff, conducting focus groups with staff and our Patient and Family Advisory Committee. We also did telephone interviews with key external stakeholders. We hope you take a moment to read our Strategic Plan.
