Will I continue to see the Dietitian after the visit?
This program includes a single session only. If you’d like to follow up, you may request to book one Single Session visit separately. You are not added to the Dietitian’s ongoing caseload unless you receive a formal referral for 1:1 nutrition counselling. If you wish to receive ongoing support from the Dietitian, please reach out to your Primary Care Provider to determine if you are eligible for a formal referral to the Nutrition program.
What if I miss my appointment or forget to submit the survey?
The survey helps guide your visit and ensures the session is personalized to your needs. It must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment—otherwise, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you miss your appointment, you can feel free to book another spot by calling 416-260-1315 ext 0 to speak with one of our administrative assistants to re-register. Please note that appointments are provided on a first come, first serve basis.

Single Session appointments are available every other Wednesday at 11:00am on a first come, first serve basis.
The BETTER For All visit is targeted specifically to patients ages 40-69 who are looking to prevent certain cancers (breast, prostate, colorectal, cervical and lung cancers) and chronic diseases (Heart Disease, Type Two Diabetes Mellitus and Osteoporosis).
